Growing and Sharing our Faith in God

Sharing Our Faith in God

Here are just some of the  opportunities to Share

Foley, Alabama - Rev. Glen Stewart has contacted us to determine interest in another Habitat For Humanity mission trip to Foley, Alabama, in early 2015. Several from our church participated last year by spending 1 week in the Foley area working with the local Habitat affiliate, and have expressed interest in returning in 2015. Exact dates are still being determined but will likely be in the February timeframe. If interested or for more information, contact Doug Olson, Missions Chair (274-4550) or the church office (274-5458).

Africa University - Larry Kies - Larry Kies is a United Methodist missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries serving as technical advisor to the Africa University Farm at Mutare, Zimbabwe in southern Africa. Africa University is a United Methodist Church-related institution that is being nurtured and funded by church members from all over the world. It is a consequence of the growth of United Methodism on the African continent and has its foundations in the history and legacy of the church. Africa University opened in March 1992 as the first private, international university in Zimbabwe. Larry Kies Video:
