The Methodist Women are a group of women of all ages. We call them the "service group" of the church. They have circle meetings monthly. At these meetings they have a program. They frequently serve the meal at the Methodist Men's meetings. They are also are in charge of serving funeral dinners.

 

THE PURPOSE OF THE UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expend concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
